| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma ayçiçeği üretiminde önemli bir bölge olan Edirne İli Lalapaşa ilçesidir. İlçedeki 1681 çiftçi çalışmanın popülasyonunu oluşturmakta olup, yapılan örnekleme sonucu 91 üretici ile anket yapılmıştır. Çalışmada çiftçilerin mevcut tarımsal desteklerden memnuniyetlerinde etkili olan faktörler Lojistik Regresyon Yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Buna ilave olarak değişkenler arası karşılaştırma yapmak ve önem derecelerini belirlemek amacıyla değişkenlere ağırlık verilmiş, bunlar ilgili değişkenlerin yüzdeleri ile çarpılarak skorları elde edilmiş ve önem sıraları belirlenmiştir. Yapılan analizler neticesinde yaş, tarımda çalışan hane nüfusu, toplam parsel sayısı, tarım dışı gelir varlığı, tarımsal destekleri yeterli bulma, gelir, işletmede kayıt tutma, hayvancılık yapma, tarımsal eğitimlere katılma ve tarımsal bilgiye ulaşmada internet kullanma değişkenleri, mevcut ayçiçeği desteklerinden memnuniyeti etkileyen faktörler olarak anlamlı bulunmuştur. Çalışma sonuçlarına göre Türkiye'de bitkisel yağ üretim açığını kapatma temel amacına dönük uygulanan politika araçlarının üretici tarafından tam olarak anlaşılamadığı, üreticilerin geleneksel bir şekilde sürdürdüğü ayçiçeği üretimi kapsamında verilen destekleri doğrudan eline geçen para ve diğer gelir kaynaklarına sağlanan katkı olarak algıladığı tespit edilmiştir. Verilen desteklerin yağ bitkilerinde üretim açığını kapatacak şekilde yeniden düzenlenmesi ve üreticinin bu konuya dikkatini çekecek şekilde tüm paydaşların işbirliği ile faaliyetler planlanması önerilmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The research area of this study is Lalapaşa town of Edirne, an important area in the production of sunflower. The population of this study is formed by 1681 farmers in the town and the survey was conducted with 91 producers chosen by sampling method. In the study, factors affecting their satisfaction from the current agricultural supports were analyzed with logistic regression method. In addition, weight was given to variables in order to make comparisons between variables and to determine their degree of importance and their scores were obtained by multiplying these with the percentage of the variables and the order of importance was identified. According to the results of the analysis, variables such as the total number of parcels, non-agricultural income, finding agricultural supports sufficient, age, income, recordkeeping in business, livestock, participating in agricultural education and the use of the internet to have access to agricultural information were found statistically significant as factors affecting the satisfaction from current sunflower supports. According to the results of the study, the policy instruments implemented towards filling the gap in vegetable oil production in Turkey are not fully understood by producers, producers perceive supports, given within the scope of agricultural production maintained in a traditional way, as a money put directly in their pockets and additional contribution to their other incomes. Given supports should be reorganized as to fill the gap in vegetable oil production and activities with the cooperation of all stakeholders should be planned as to attract the attention of producers on this issue. | |
