Özet
Pek çok cerrahi girişim için kullanılan endotrakeal entübasyonun, ses fonksiyon ve kalitesinde değişikliğe neden olup olmadığını saptayarak eğer patolojik bir durum varsa erken teşhis ve tedaviye olanak sağlamaktadır.Çalışmamızda endotrakeal entübasyon uygulanan hastalarda, preoperatif ve postoperatif erken dönemde Xion Endo Strop-DX sistemi ile ses örnekleri kaydedilerek, akustik ses analizi yapılmış ve istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark olmadığı saptanmıştır. Endotrakeal entübasyonun, sesin akustik parametrelerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı değişikliğe neden olmadığı görülmüştür.
To determine whether endotracheal intubation, used for many surgical interventions, causes changes to voice function and quality and to allow early diagnosis and treatment if there is pathology present.Using the Xion Endo Strop-DX system recordings of voices were made in the preoperative and early postoperative period in patients undergoing endotracheal intubation. Acoustic sound analysis was completed and no statistically significant difference was found.It was observed that endotracheal intubation did not cause any statistically significant changes in the acoustic parameters of the voice.
