Eritema Nodozumun Eşlik Ettiği Bir Komplike Bruselloz Olgusu

Bruselloz birçok farklı klinik sunumu olan sistemik bir enfeksiyon hastalığıdır. Deri bulguları nadir de olsa ilk başvuru şikâyeti olabilir. Brusellozun cilt tutumları da birbirinden farklı olabilir. Cilt sunumları arasında en sık eritematoz döküntüler olsa da eritema nodozum hastalık seyri sırasında görülebilir. Eritema nodozumun enfeksiyoz nedenleri arasında çok farklı etkenler bildirilmiştir. Ancak brusellozun etken olması sonucu gelişen olgular nadirdir. Bu olgu sunumunda, bruselloza bağlı eritema nodozum gelişen 26 yaşında bir kadın olguyu sunarak, literatüre katkıda bulunmayı amaçladık

Brucellosis is a systemic infectious disease with many different clinical presentations. Although skin findings are rare, they may be the first admission complaint. Skin attitudes of brucellosis may also differ from each other. Although erythematous eruptions are the most common skin presentations, erythema nodosum can be seen during the course of the disease. Many different factors have been reported among the infectious causes of erythema nodosum. However, cases that develop as a result of brucellosis are rare. In this case report, we aimed to contribute to the literature by presenting a 26-year-old woman who developed erythema nodosum due to brucellosis.
