| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın temel amacı G-7 ülkelerinde 1996-2015 dönemi için patent üretimini etkileyen değişkenleri panel veri ekonometrisi teknikleri ile analiz etmektir. Ülkelerin sürdürülebilir iktisadi büyüme ve kalkınmasında teknolojik gelişme kilit role sahiptir. Teknolojik gelişmenin en önemli göstergesi de ortaya çıkan patentlerdir. Bu bağlamda patent üretimini etkileyen değişkenlerin ekonometrik olarak belirlenmesi büyük öneme sahiptir. Çalışmada, Ar-Ge Harcamaları, Araştırmacı Sayısı ve kişi başına GSYİH’nın patent üretimi üzerinde anlamlı ve pozitif etkisi bulunmuştur. İşletmeler, sektör ve ulusal düzeyde, patent üretimini etkileyen değişkenler gözönüne alınarak uygulanacak politika ve stratejiler uzun dönemde hem patent üretimini hem de toplumsal refahın artmasını sağlayacağı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The main objective of this study is to analyze the variables affecting patent production in the G-7 countries for the period 1996-2015 by panel data econometric techniques. Technological development plays a key role in the sustainable economic growth and development of the countries. The most important indicators of technological development are the emerging patents. In this context, econometric determination of the variables affecting patent production has great importance. In the study, it is found that R&D expenditures, number of researcher and GDP per capita have significant and positive effect on the patent production. It is determined that considering the variables affecting patent production at the business, sector and national level, the application of necessary policies and strategies will ensure both patent production and long term social welfare. | en_US |
