dc.description.abstractBu çalışma, Eisenia fetida türü solucanlar yardımıyla seperatörden geçmiş büyük baş dışkısından elde edilen katı ve sıvı solucan gübresine ait raf ömrünün kalite parametreleri üzerine etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Deneme tesadüf parselleri deneme deseninde ve 3 tekerrürlü olarak yürütülmüştür. Toplam 4 farklı dönemde (1. gün, 1. ay, 3. ay ve 6. ay) katı ve sıvı solucan gübrelerinden ayrı ayrı alınan örneklerde pH, EC, organik madde, hümik ve fülvik asit, N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Zn, Cu, Fe, Mn ve C:N oranı analizleri yapılmış ve elde edilen sonuçlar bilimsel kıstaslara göre değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları incelendiğinde; katı solucan gübresine ait zamansal değişimler arasında organik madde, hümik ve fülvik asit, EC, K, Cu ve Mn üzerine etkisinin istatistiki olarak %5 önem seviyesine göre önemli olduğu (P<0,05), zaman değişimleri arasında C:N oranı, nem, pH, N, P, Ca, Mg, Fe ve Zn içeriği arasındaki farklılık istatistiki olarak %5 önem seviyesine göre önemli olmadığı tespit edilmiştir (P>0,05). Sıvı solucan gübresine ait zamansal değişimler arasında organik madde, C:N oranı, hümik ve fülvik asit, EC, pH, nem, N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Cu ve Mn üzerine etkisinin istatistiki olarak %5 önem seviyesine göre önemli olduğu (P<0,05), zaman değişimleri arasında Fe ve Zn besin elementleri içeriği arasındaki farklılık istatistiki olarak %5 önem seviyesine göre önemli olmadığı tespit edilmiştir (P>0,05). Çevreyle dost ve ekonomik üretim sonucunda üretilen solucan gübrelerinin toprak verimliliğinin korunmasında ve geliştirilmesinde olduğu kadar bitkisel üretimdeki verim ve kaliteye de olumlu etkilerinin olmasından dolayı önemi giderek artmaktadır.
dc.description.abstractThis study was conducted to determine the effect on quality parameters of the shelf life of solid and liquid worm manure obtained from cattle faeces passed through a separator with the help of Eisenia fetida type worms. The experiment was carried out with a random plot experimental design and with 3 repetitions. At 4 different times (1st day, 1st month, 3rd month and 6th month) separate solid and liquid worm manure samples were analysed for pH, EC, organic matter, humic and folic acid, N, P, K, Mg, Zn, Cu, Fe, Mn, the C:N ratio was determined and the results evaluated according to scientific criteria. When the research results are examined, it can be seen at different times that the effect of solid worm manure on organic matter, humic and fulvic acid, EC, K, Cu and Mn is statistically significant at the 5% significance level (P <0.05), and, at different times, the change in C:N ratio, humidity, pH, N, P, Ca, Mg, Fe and Zn content was not statistically significant at the 5% significance level (P> 0.05). Among the time changes of liquid worm manure, organic matter, C:N ratio, humic and fulvic acid, EC, pH, humidity, N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Cu and Mn were statistically significant at the 5% significance level (P <0.05). It was found that the difference between Fe and Zn nutrient content at different time was not statistically significant at the 5% significance level (P> 0.05). The importance of worm fertilizers, which are produced as a result of environmentally friendly and economical production, is increasing due to their positive effects on the productivity and quality of plant production as well as in the protection and development of soil fertility.
