dc.description.abstractÇalışmada betimsel analiz yöntemi ile Türk İş Hukuku ve Sosyal Güvenlik Hukuku'nda gebe ve anne işçilerin korunmasına yönelik güncel mevzuat genelden özele analiz edilmektedir. Anne işçinin gebelik ve doğum izni sırasında sözleşmesinin askıya alınarak korunması, aynı zamanda doğum izninin ve süt izninin kapsamının ülke örnekleriyle benzerlikler taşıdığı sonucuna varılmaktadır. Son 6663 sayılı Torba Yasa ile getirilen; kısmi çalışma izni ile bu alanda gelişmiş ülkelerde görülen iş hukuku mevzuatının Türkiye'de de oluşturulmaya çalışıldığı görülmektedir.
dc.description.abstractThe study uses descriptive analysis and discusses the current legislation about the protection of pregnant and breast feeding mothers in Turkish Labor Law and Social Security Law from a wholistic point of view. Several characteristics of labor laws have been found to be similar with respect to protection of pregnant mothers by temporarily suspending their contracts and maternity leaves. Moreover, Turkish legislation on this issue seems to have reached the level of developed nations with the lates law 6663 which enables part time work after pregnancy leave.
