Özet
Günümüzde hızla gelişen ekonomik, siyasal, teknolojik gelişmeler ile birlikte kentlerdeki fiziki altyapı ve bu değişimlere bağlı olarak da turizm kavramı önemli bir yere sahip olmaktadır. Kentsel turizm altyapısının kent ekonomisine ve kent yaşamına etkisi büyüktür. Kentlerin gelişmişliği turizm hareketlerini etkilediği gibi, turizm hareketleri de kentin gelişimini etkilemektedir. Bir kentin sahip olduğu tarihi kültürel özellikler, coğrafi özellikler, kentin fiziki yapısı ile toplumun tüm yaşantısı bütünüyle ziyaretçilere sunulmaktadır. Kentsel altyapı sorunlarının kentin fiziksel ve mekânsal değişkenler ile birlikte incelenip değerlendirilmesi gerekir. Bu araştırma ile; Çanakkale kentinin kentsel turizm değerleri ile kentin fiziki altyapısının ilişkilendirilmesi, ziyaretçilerin Çanakkale kentsel turizm değerleri ve kentsel fiziki altyapıya yönelik değerlendirmelerinin ortaya çıkarılması, mevcut sorunların belirlenmesi ve çözüm önerilerinin getirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla, kentsel turizm değerleri tespit edilmiş, kentin genel özellikleri, doğal, tarihi, kültürel ve arkeolojik çekicilikleri incelenmiş ve Çanakkale kentinin fiziki altyapısı ele alınmıştır. Çanakkale kentsel turizm altyapısının ziyaretçiler tarafından nasıl algılandığının belirlenmesi amacıyla yerli ve yabancı ziyaretçilere yönelik anket çalışması düzenlenmiştir. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 20.0 paket programında analiz edilmiştir. Değişkenler arasındaki farklılıkları incelemek amacıyla bağımsız örneklem T-testi ve tek yönlü ANOVA testi uygulanmıştır. Buna göre; kent merkezi içerisinde, yapılan değerlendirmeler ve yürütülmüş olan anket çalışması sonucunda konaklama olanaklarının ve kapasitesinin yetersizliği, kent merkezi içindeki ulaşım yetersizliği, altyapı sorunu, trafik sorunu ve otopark alanlarının yetersiz olması, görsel ve fiziki kirlilik, turist talebi yoğunluğu, yol işaretlemeleri ve bilgi levhalarının yetersiz olması gibi sorunlar elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen verilerin ve anket sonuçlarının analiz ve değerlendirmeleri sonucunda tespit edilen sorunlara yönelik çözüm önerileri getirilmiştir.
Physical infrastructure in urban areas has a significant place with economic, political, technological developments which are growing rapidly nowadays and depending on these changes tourism concept has a significant place as well. Urban tourism infrastructure has a great impact on urban economics and urban life. As development of the city affects tourism activities, the tourism activities affects the development of city. Historical, cultural geographical characteristics of city are completely presented to visitors with the physical structure of the city and all the life of community. Urban infrastructure problems should be evaluated and analysed with physical and spatial variables in the city With this research; It has been purposed that assossiation urban tourism values of Çanakkale with the city's physical infrastructure, to reveal assessment of visitors about urban tourism values and physical infrastructure, identifying the existing problems and bringing forward solutions. For this purpose, urban tourism values have been identified, the general characteristics of urban, natural, historical, cultural and archeological attractions of city have been examined and physical infrastructure of Çanakkale has been discussed. With the aim of to determine how Çanakkale urban tourism infrastructure is perceived by visitors to, a survey has organized for local and foreign visitors. The obtained data has been analyzed using the SPSS 20.0 software package. In order to examine the differences among variables, free sample t-test and one-way ANOVA test has applied. According to this; in the city center, the evaluation and execution were the survey to the lack of opportunities for accommodation in outcome studies and capacity, the center transport failure in the infrastructure problem, the lack of traffic problems and parking space, visual and physical pollution, tourist demand intensity, lack of road markings and information boards as of problems was obtained. In the results of analysis and evaluation of the obtained data and survey results, solutions have been brought for the identified problems.
