dc.description.abstractİşletmeler, iç ve dış çevre şartlarında varlıklarını sürdürebilmek ve müşteri ihtiyaç ve isteklerini gerçekleştirmek amacıyla üretim yapmak durumundadırlar. Üretim süreçlerinde, bir taraftan doğal kaynaklar tüketilirken diğer taraftan da çevre kirlenmektedir. Çevre kirliliğinden dolayı iklimler değişmekte, doğal afetler meydana gelmekte, kıtlıklar oluşmakta ve Covid-19 gibi salgınlar meydana gelmektedir. Bir taraftan insanların ihtiyaç ve istekleri karşılanırken diğer taraftan da çevreye en az zarar verecek şekilde tedarik zinciri operasyonlarının yapılması gerekmektedir. İşte bu noktada, tüm tarafların yeşil tedarik zinciri anlayışı ile hareket etmeleri gerekmektedir. Yapılan bu çalışmanın amacı; "Yeşil Tedarik Zinciri Yönetimi Konusunda İşletme İle Müşterilerin, Performans Algılarındaki Benzerlikleri Ve Farklılıkların Belirlenmesidir". Çalışma iki aşamadan gerçekleştirilmekte olup birinci aşaması yapı sektöründeki büyük bir işletmede, ikinci aşaması ise müşterilere yönelik yapılmaktadır. Araştırma, Çanakkale İli'nin Çan ve Yenice ilçelerinde yapılmış olup, analizler için birincil verilerden yararlanılmaktadır. Araştırmada, nihai müşteriler ve işletme açısından YTZY faaliyetlerinin işletme performanslarına etkileri belirlenmiştir. Nihai müşteriler ve işletme sonuçları açısından bazı benzerlikler olsa da temelde derin ayrılıkların olduğu tespit edilmiştir. İşletmede çalışan beyaz yakalılar, YTZY faaliyetlerinin en fazla çevresel performansı etkilediği düşünülürken, nihai müşterilerin en fazla operasyonel performansı etkilediğini düşünmektedirler.
dc.description.abstractBusinesses have to produce in order to survive in internal and external environmental conditions and to meet customer needs and requests. In the production processes, while natural resources are consumed on the one hand, the environment is polluted on the other. Due to environmental pollution, climates change, natural disasters, famines, and outbreaks such as Covid-19 occur. On the one hand, while meeting the needs and wishes of people, on the other hand, supply chain operations should be carried out in a way that will cause the least damage to the environment. At this point, all parties need to act with a green supply chain approach. The aim of this study; "Identification of Similarities and Differences in Performance Perceptions of Businesses and Customers on Green Supply Chain Management". The study is carried out in two stages, the first stage being in a large enterprise in the building sector, and the second stage for customers. The research was conducted in Çan and Yenice districts of Çanakkale Province, and primary data are used for analysis. In the research, the effects of YTZY activities on business performance in terms of customers and businesses were determined. Although there are some similarities in terms of customers and business results, it is found that there are fundamental differences. White-collar employees working in the enterprise think that while YTZY activities affect the environmental performance the most, they think that the customers affect the operational performance the most.
