Ses eğitiminde nefes kullanımına ilişkin sorunların ses eğitimcilerinin görüşlerine göre değerlendirilmesi

Ses eğitimi, insan yaşamında oldukça önemli bir yere sahip olan, sesin kullanımına ilişkin bilgilerin verildiği bir alandır. Günümüzde özellikle anatomik özellikler ve fiziksel yapının olanakları dikkate alınarak verilmeye çalışılan bu eğitim, sadece ses eğitimi alanında çalışmak isteyenlere veya şan sanatçılarına değil, çok daha geniş bir toplum kesimine hitap eden bir eğitim alanı olmaya başlamıştır. Bunun arkasında sesin bir iletişim aracı olması nedeni yatmaktadır. Özellikle bazı meslek gruplarının sesin yoğun kullanımına dayalı çeşitli sorunları olduğu ve bunların çözümünde ses eğitiminin ve ses terapi tekniklerinin büyük katkısı olduğu bilinmektedir. Sesin üretilmesinde bütün bir kas yapısının bir bütün hâlinde çalışması ve etkileşimini en iyi şekilde sağlayabilmesi gerekir. Bu unsurlar arasında nefes, ses üretmenin en önemli ögesi olarak görülmekte; nefes kullanımında karşılaşılan sorunlar ses kaslarının zorlanmasına ve çeşitli problemlerin gelişmesine zemin hazırlamaktadır. Bu araştırma, ses eğitiminde nefes kullanımına ilişkin sorunları, ses eğitimcilerinin görüşlerine göre ele almaktadır. Aynı zamanda bu araştırma ses eğitimi alanında çalışan veya sesi ile birlikte nefesin nasıl kullanılması gerektiğini öğrenmek isteyen kitleye genel bir çerçeve çizmek üzere ortaya konmuştur. Araştırmanın literatür tarama aşamasında; ses, ses eğitimi, nefes, nefes kullanımı ve anatomik sistem içinde ses üretiminde görev alan sistemlere ilişkin bilgilere yer verilmiştir. Bu özellikleri ile bu araştırma nitel bir çalışma olma özelliği taşımaktadır. Bu bilgiler doğrultusunda 14 soruluk bir yapılandırılmış görüşme formu hazırlanmıştır. Görüşme tekniğinin kullanılmasının ardında, nefes kullanımına yönelik ses eğitimcilerinin derslerinde yaptıkları teknik çalışmalara ilişkin ayrıntılı bilgiye ulaşabilme amacı yatmaktadır. 3 uzmanın değerlendirmesine sunulan bu görüşme formu gerekli düzeltmeler yapıldıktan sonra ses eğitimi alanında çalışan, uzman niteliği taşıyan ve çalışmaya gönüllü olan 10 ses eğitimcisine yöneltilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen veriler içerik analizi ile çözümlenmiştir. Araştırma, tarama modelini esas alan betimsel bir çalışmadır.

Voice training is a field in which information about the use of voice is given, which has a very important place in human life. Nowadays, this training, which is tried to be given especially by taking into account the anatomical features and the possibilities of the physical structure, has started to become a training field that appeals not only to those who want to work in the field of voice training or singing artists, but also to a much wider segment of society. The reason behind this is that sound is a means of communication. It is known that some professional groups, in particular, have various problems based on the intense use of voice, and voice training and voice therapy techniques contribute greatly to the solution of these problems. In producing sound, the entire muscle structure must work as a whole and interact in the best possible way. Among these elements, breathing is seen as the most important element of sound production; Problems encountered in breathing pave the way for strain on the vocal muscles and the development of various problems. This research addresses the problems related to the use of breathing in voice training according to the opinions of voice educators. At the same time, this research has been put forward to draw a general framework for the audience who works in the field of voice training or wants to learn how to use breath with voice. In the literature scanning phase of the research; Information about voice, voice training, breathing, use of breath and the systems involved in voice production within the anatomical system are included. With these features, this research is a qualitative study. In line with this information, a structured interview form with 14 questions was prepared. The reason behind the use of the interview technique is to obtain detailed information about the technical studies carried out by voice educators in their lessons regarding the use of breathing. This interview form, which was presented to the evaluation of 3 experts, was directed to 10 voice educators who worked in the field of voice education, qualified as experts and volunteered to work, after the necessary corrections were made. The data obtained from the research were analyzed by content analysis. The research is a descriptive study based on the survey mode.
