dc.description.abstractRanked among the causes of the cranial cavity Pneumocephalus defined as the presence of air trauma, tumors, infections, congenital anomalies cranium, iatrogenic factors, lumbar puncture, post operative cranial or spinal surgery, also can develop after epidural or spinal anesthesia such as Nitrous oxide anesthesia. In this present case because of the headaches in patients with Cerebral Palsy control cranial CT shot after we aim to provide incidentally captured rarely ethiology in pneumocephalus.
