This chapter introduces the overarching theme and structure of the book Navigating AI in Business: Strategies and Insights Across Disciplines. It explores how artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping the theory and practice of business administration, offering both unprecedented opportunities and complex challenges. While AI fosters innovation, efficiency, and new value-creation models, it raises urgent questions about ethics, governance, labor, and sectoral disruption.
