dc.description.abstractKlomipramin hidroklorür'ün camsı karbon elektrot da (GCE) voltametrik yöntemlerle ilaç şeklinden miktarı belirlendi. Pik akımı ve potansiyelinin pH ile değişimi diferansiyel puls voltametri metoduyla (DPV) ile araştırıldı. Fosfat tamponu (pH=6.50) destek elektrolit olarak belirlendi. Belirme sınırı (LOD), kantitatif tayin sınırı (LOQ) ve derişim aralığı gibi analiz parametreleri belirlenerek, ticari formlarından klomipramin hidroklorür'ün miktarı bulundu. Voltametrik yöntemin doğruluğunu belirlemek amacıyla ticari formlarından klomipramin hidroklorür'ün geri kazanımı gerçekleştirildi. dc.description.abstractClomipramine hydrochloride was quantified from its drug form at glassy carbon electrode (GCE) by voltammetric techniques. the Changing of peak current and peak potential with pH was determined by differential pulse voltammetry technique (DPV). Phosphate buffer (pH =6.50) was determined as supporting electrolyte. After analysis parameters such as limit of detection (LOD), limit of the quantitative (LOQ) and concentration range were determined, amount of the clomipramine hydrochloride was calculated from commercial drugs. The accuracy of voltammetric method were realized with recovery studies of clomipramine hydrochloride its commericsl form.
