Özet
Carbon dioxide narcosis is an important finding in the emergency department. The differential diagnosis of hypercapnia allows to appropriate treatment. Some comorbid conditions can be confusing for the clinicians. In this paper, we present such an interesting case. Extrapleural abundant fat may mimic malignant mesothelioma, fibrothorax or encysted empyema.
