İlkokul sınıf zümre öğretmenler kurulu toplantılarının işlevselliğinin incelenmesi

Bu araştırmada ilkokul sınıf zümre öğretmenler kurulu toplantılarının işlevselliği nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden betimsel tarama modeli ile araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini 2023-2024 eğitim öğretim yılında İzmir İlinin Bergama İlçesinde Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı özel ve devlet okullarında görev yapan 269 sınıf öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Bu evrenin tamamı araştırmaya dahil edilmiştir. Bu nedenle örneklem seçimine gidilmemiştir. Araştırma kapsamında gerekli izinler alındıktan sonra, 179'u kadın 90 erkek olmak üzere toplam 269 sınıf öğretmenine ölçekler uygulanmıştır. Veri toplama araçları olarak araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen "Sınıf Öğretmenleri Zümre Öğretmenler Kurulu Toplantıları İşleyiş Ölçeği" ve "Sınıf Öğretmenleri Zümre Öğretmenler Kurulu Toplantıları Tutum Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) ve Jeffreys's Amazing Statistics Program (JASP) programları ile analiz edilmiştir. Verileri analiz etmek için; yüzde, frekans, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, ANOVA testi, t-Testi, korelasyon analizi faktör analizi, KMO ve Barlett Testi, güvenilirlik ve normallik testleri teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına bakıldığında sınıf öğretmenleri toplantıları işleyiş ölçeği sonuçlarına göre sınıf öğretmenleri zümre toplantılarını yüksek düzeyde etkili ve işlevsel olarak değerlendirmektedirler. Öğretmenlerin görüşleri cinsiyet ve eğitim durumuna göre farklılaşmazken, mesleki kıdem, okuttukları sınıf düzeyi, okuttukları sınıf mevcudu ve görev yaptıkları yerleşim yerlerine göre farklılıklar görülmüştür. Tutum ölçeği sonuçlarına göre sınıf öğretmenleri toplantıları yeterli ve olumlu değerlendirmektedirler. Öğretmenlerin tutumları cinsiyet, eğitim düzeyi, okuttukları sınıf düzeyi ve okuttukları sınıf mevcuduna göre farklılaşmazken, kıdem ve görev yaptıkları yerleşim yerlerine göre farklılıklar görülmüştür.

This study aims to investigate the examining the functionality of primary school classroom teachers' meetings using the descriptive survey model, one of the quantitative research methods. The population of the study consists of 269 classroom teachers working in private and public schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education in Bergama District of Izmir Province during the 2023-2024 academic year. The entire population was included in the study; thus, no sampling was conducted. After obtaining the necessary permissions, scales were administered to a total of 269 classroom teachers, including 179 females and 90 males. As data collection tools, the "Operation Scale of Elementary School Teachers' Departmental Meetings" and the "Attitude Scale of Elementary School Teachers' Departmental Meetings" developed by the researcher were used. The data of the study were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and Jeffreys's Amazing Statistics Program (JASP). To analyze the data, techniques such as arithmetic mean, standard deviation, ANOVA test, t-test, correlation analysis (factor analysis, KMO and Bartlett's Test, reliability and normality tests) were employed. According to the results of the study, classroom teachers evaluate the departmental meetings as highly effective and functional based on the operation scale. While teachers' opinions did not differ according to gender and educational status, differences were observed based on professional seniority, the grade level they teach, class size, and the location of their workplace. According to the attitude scale results, classroom teachers evaluate the meetings as sufficient and positive. Teachers' attitudes did not differ based on gender, educational status, the grade level they teach, and class size, but differences were observed based on seniority and the location of their workplace.
