dc.description.abstractBu tezde H. 1243-1249 (1828-1834) yıllarına ait Çanakkale Şer`iyye Sicillerikoleksiyonunda yer alan 1131 numaralı defter tahlil ve transkribe edilmiştir. Defter,Çanakkale'deki Şer`i mahkemeye intikal etmiş çeşitli davalar ve bunlarla ilgili kararlar veayrıca Dersaadet'ten gönderilmiş çeşitli konulardaki ferman ve buyruldu suretleriniiçermektedir.XIX. yüzyılın ilk çeyreğinde bir Anadolu şehri olan Çanakkale'de iktisadû ve sosyalhayatın izlerini ve Çanakkale'nin genel ve yerel tarihini defterin içeriğinden görmekmümkündür.
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, the Registerbook of Şer`iyye, dated 1243-1249 A. H. (1828-1834),numbered 1131, existed amoung the collection of the Registerbooks of Çanakkale, has beenanalyses and transcribed. The Registerbook contains different cases comming to Şer`i Courtof Çanakkale the verdicts given relating to them and the copies of fermans and buyruldus sentby Dersaadet concerning different topics.It is possible to see the signs of economic and social life of Çanakkale an Anadolu cityin the first quarter XIX'th century and its general and local history.
