dc.description.abstractBu tezde Hanefî mezhebinin muteber metinlerinden Kudûrî'nin el-Muhtasar, Mevsılî'nin el-Muhtâr ve Nesefî'nin Kenzu?d-Dekâik adlı eserlerinde kullanılan mekruh kavramları karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenmiş; onların kerâhet ifade eden sözleri ve anlamları, ittifak ettikleri ve ayrıldıkları hususlar tespit edilerek yorumlanmaya çalışılmıştır. Tezimiz toplamda dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölüm giriş, ikinci bölümde yazarların hayatları, hocaları, talebeleri ve eserleri ele alınmış, üçüncü bölümde mekruh kavramının üç temel kitaptaki kullanımı incelenmiştir. Sonuç bölümünde de tespit ettiğimiz veriler açıklanmıştır. Bu çalışmada Hanefî mezhebinin muteber üç farklı eserini temel alıp inceleyerek zaman içerisinde Hanefî temel metinlerinde mekruh kavramının kullanımında yaşanan gelişimi ve farklılıkları tespit edip bu konuya ışık tutma gayesi güdülmüştür. Aralarında temelde büyük farklılıklar olmamakla birlikte sadece ifade tarzlarında değişiklikler olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Temelde Mevsılî ve Nesefî'nin konu bütünlüğü hususunda Kudûrî'yi takip ettikleri, yer yer onun söylediklerine çok az ilavelerde bulundukları söylenebilir.
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, the concepts of makruh used in the works of Kudûrî's el-Muhtasar, Mevsılî's el-Muhtâr and Nesefî's Kenzu'd-Dekâik, which are the respected texts of the Hanafi sect, were examined comparatively; Their words expressing evil and their meanings were tried to be interpreted by determining the points in which they agreed and disagreed. Our thesis consists of four chapters in total. The first part is the introduction, the second part deals with the authors' lives, teachers, students and works, and the third part examines the use of the concept of makruh in three basic books. In the results section, the data we found are explained. In this study, it is aimed to identify the developments and differences in the use of the concept of makruh in Hanafi basic texts over time and to shed light on this issue by examining three different reliable works of the Hanafi sect. Although there are no fundamental differences between them, it has been determined that there are only changes in their expression styles. Basically, it can be said that Mevsılî and Nesefî followed Kudûrî in terms of the integrity of the subject, and at times they made little additions to what he said.
