dc.description.abstractTürkiye'nin bugün en önemli sorunlarından birisi bireylere, küçük yaşlardan itibaren okuma alışkanlığının kazandırılmamış olmasıdır. Küçük yaşlarda kazandırılmayan bu alışkanlığın ilerleyen yaşlarda kazandırılması güçtür. Bu sebeplerden dolayı okuma alışkanlığı, okul hayatının ilk yıllarında, ilköğretim sıralarındayken bireylere kazandırılmalıdır. 100 Temel Eser serisi içerisinde yer alan Reşat Nuri Güntekin'in eserlerinin Türkçe Öğretim Programında yer alan temalara göre irdelendiği çalışmada, eserlerin programda yer alan temaları ne ölçüde yansıttığı ve temalara uygun olup olmadığı ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır.Çalışma kapmasında "Miskinler Tekkesi" ve "Tanrı Misafiri" eserleri programda yer alan temalara ve alt temalara göre sınıflandırılmış, temaların eserlerdeki yüzdelik dağılımları verilmiştir. Bulgular dâhilinde en çok değinilen alt temalar, eserlerden seçilen cümlelerle örneklendirilmiş ve bunlarla ilgili çeşitli kaynaklardan yararlanılarak yorumlarda bulunulmuştur.Çalışmada elde edilen bulgulara göre, her iki eserde de "Birey ve Toplum" temasına ağırlıklı olarak değinilmiştir. Bu durum, ilköğretim çağındaki çocuklar için birey olarak kendini tanıması, duygularının farkına varması, bir toplumun parçası olduğunu ve bu toplumun kuralları olduğunu bilmesi açısından büyük önem taşımaktadır. dc.description.abstractToday one of the major problem of Turkey is that the students do not have the habituation of reading in the early ages. The habit of reading, which is not given to students in early ages, is difficult to obtain in the coming years. For this very reason reading habit must be given to students in the primary school ear. In this study, the works of Reşat Nuri Güntekin, which are in the 100 Fundamental Works, are scrutinized in accordance with the Turkish Teaching Program and is tried to reveal to what extent the works reflect the themes in the program and whether it is appropriate or not with the themes. In this study the works of "Miskinler Tekkesi" and "Tanrı Misafiri" are classified with the themes and sub themes in the program and theme?s percentages are stated. Results showed that the most mentioned sub themes are exemplified with the selected sentences from the works and comment are made referring to variety of sources.According to the findings of the study, in both works, "İndividual and Society" themes are mostly mentioned. This situation is significant for primary school children because recognizing oneself as an individual, being aware of feelings, being a part of the community and being aware of that community has certain rules have great importance.
