dc.description.abstractBu araştırma, Çanakkale ilinin farklı ekolojilerinde yetiştirilen Bozcaada Çavuşu üzüm çeşidinde pomolojik özelliklerin saptanması amacıyla, 2023 yılı vejetasyon döneminde yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada, Çanakkale ili Bozcaada ilçesinde farklı mevkilerdeki 4 adet ve Bayramiç ilçesi Çavuşlu köyünde farklı mevkilerdeki 2 adet Bozcaada Çavuşu üzüm çeşidi bağından salkım örnekleri alınmıştır. Araştırma, tesadüf parselleri deneme deseninde 3 tekerrürlü olarak planlanmış ve her tekerrürde 3'er adet asmaya (bağ kütüğüne-omca) yer verilmiştir. Bozcaada 1; en uzun boylu, en sık, en ağır salkımların elde edildiği, salkımlardaki toplam tane ve normal tane sayısının ile çekirdek sayısının en fazla olduğu, en kısa tane en, boy ve ağırlığı ile en düşük pH'a sahip bağ olmuştur. Bozcaada 2; en az partenokarpik taneye ve en yüksek SÇKM ve pH'a sahip bağ olarak belirlenmiştir. Bozcaada 3; en dar, en hafif, en az normal tane sayısına sahip gevşek yapılı ve en olgun salkımların elde edildiği bağ olmuştur. Bayramiç 1; en geniş salkımların, en fazla partenokarpik ve toplam kalın kabuklu tanenin alındığı, en düşük SÇKM ile olgunluk indisinin elde edildiği ve en parlak ve yeşil renkli tanelerin alındığı bağ olmuştur. Bayramiç 2; en kısa salkımların, en enli, uzun ve en ağır tanelerin elde edildiği bağ olarak tespit edilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractThis research was carried out in 2023 vegetation period in order to determine the pomological traits in Bozcaada Çavuşu grape variety grown in different ecologies of Çanakkale province. In the research, cluster samples were taken from four vineyards at different locations in Bozcaada district of Çanakkale province and two Bozcaada Çavuşu vineyards at different locations in Çavuşlu village of Bayramiç district. The research was planned as a completely randomized design with three replications and three vines were included in each replication. Bozcaada 1; It was the vineyard with the longest, thicknesses, heaviest clusters, the highest total number of berries and normal berries and the highest number of seeds in the clusters, the shortest berry width, length and weight, and the lowest pH. Bozcaada 2; was determined as the vineyard with the least parthenocarpic berries and the highest TSS and pH. Bozcaada 3; was the vineyard with the narrowest, lightest, loosest structure with the least normal berry number and the most mature clusters. Bayramiç 1; was the vineyard from which the widest clusters, the most parthenocarpic and total thick–shelled berries were taken, the lowest TSS and maturity index were obtained, and the brightest and greenest colored berries were taken. Bayramiç 2 was determined as the vineyard where the shortest clusters and the widest, longest and heaviest berries were obtained.
