Kağıt katkılı yüksek dereceli seramik bünyeler

Bu çalışmadaki ana hedef; yalnızca kağıt katkılı seramikler yada pekişmiş çini bünyeleri detaylı olarak incelemek değil, bu iki farklı konunun birleşiminden oluşan yeni çamur bünyenin hazırlanış ve üretim süreci hakkında bilgiler verip, test sonuçlarını aktarmaktır.Yapılan araştırma ve uygulamalarla, daha önceden araştırılmış olan kağıt katkılı seramik bünyelerin pişirim sıcaklıklarının aksine, daha yüksek sıcaklıkta oluşabilecek sonuçları gözlemlemek hedeflenmiş ve buna bağlı olarak yüksek sıcaklığa dayanması için oluşturulmuş yeni bünyeler, 1200 - 1280ºC sıcaklıkta denenmiştir.Çamurun doğal halinin çekiciliğinden yararlanılarak, sır kullanılmamıştır. Gerekli olan durumlarda renklendirilmiş çamur bünyeler kullanılmıştır. Böylelikle alternatif olarak sunulan bu malzemenin kullanılabilirliğini vurgulayarak, artistik dille, sanat yapıtı üretiminde ne şekilde değer alabileceğine değinilmiştir. Gerçekleştirilen çalışmada, seramik sanatı için önemli olan doku kavramı da ele alınmıştır. Kağıt katkılı seramik bünyelerde çamurun yapısında bulunan kağıdın oluşturduğu doku etkisinin, farklı kağıtların kullanımıyla oluşturduğu çeşitlilik saptanmıştır. Test ve üretim sürecinde, temin edilmesi kolay ve ucuz hammaddeler seçilerek, kullanıcılara kolaylık sağlanması hedeflenmiştir. Uygulama kısmında ise plaka tekniği ile sır kullanmaksızın şekillendirilen örneklerde, doku etkisinin kullanımına yer verilmiştir. Çalışmalar özellikle sırsız kullanılarak, çamur ve doku ilişkisinin; yüzey ile olan uyumunun ön plana çıkarılmasına önem verilmiştir. The main objective of this study; not only to examine paper clay ceramics or stoneware ceramic bodies in detail, but also preparation of a new clay of the body with a combination of these two different issues and give information about the production process and to explanation the test results. With research and applications, which have been investigated previously about paper clay ceramic bodies, contrast to general firing temperatures; aimed to observe the results that may occur at high temperatures and accordingly, the new bodies have been created to withstand the high temperature 1200 - 1280ºC were tested. Benefited from being attracted the natural state of the clay, no glaze had been used. Colored clay bodies have been used where necessary. Thus, the availability of this material offers an alternative emphasized, with artistic perspective, highlighted the value of what you take in producing a work of art. Study was carried out, the concept of texture are important to the art of ceramics, have been discussed. Paper clay ceramic bodies, consisting of paper texture effect in the structure of clay, variety of formed by the use of different papers, have been revealed. During testing and production process, to provide easy and not expensive raw materials have been selected and with this aimed is to provide convenience to the users. In the application part, with plate technique, for the examples which have been formed without the use of non-glaze; use of texture effects, are included. Especially in studies using non-glaze, the relationship between clay and texture; to bring to the forefront the compliance with the surface, have been investigated.
