dc.description.abstractTürkiye'de son yıllarda turizm sektörüne gereken önemin verilmesi ve yapılan yatırımların artması sonucunda, bu sektör önemli bir gelir kaynağı haline gelmiştir. Yeni gelir kapısı olarak göze çarpan alternatif turizm çeşidi ise sağlık turizmidir. Sağlık turizmin öneminin artmasına rağmen turistlerin yöresel yemek yeme motivasyonlarının belirlenmesine yönelik çok az çalışma yapılmıştır. Sağlık turizmi için yöresel yemek tüketimindeki motivasyonlarının belirlenmesi turizm talebinin artırılması ve rekabet üstünlüğünün elde edilmesi açısından önemlidir. Turizm olayına katılım gösteren turist davranışlarını anlamanın önemli faktörlerinden biri de yöresel yemek tüketim motivasyonları olduğu düşünülmektedir. Bu çalışma ile yöresel yemek kültürünün, ait olduğu bölgenin destinasyon imajına dolayısıyla sağlık turizmine olan etkisini ve sağlık turizmine katılan ziyaretçilerin bölgeye dair gelecekteki satın alma niyetlerini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Ayrıca çalışma ile sağlık turizmine katılan ziyaretçilerin yöresel yemek yeme motivasyonlarının belirlenmesi de amaçlanmıştır. Covid-19 sebebiyle veriler online olarak toplanmış açıklayıcı faktör analizi, güvenilirlik analizi ve regresyon analizi ile incelenmiştir. Toplanan verilerin analiz edilmesi sonucunda sağlık turizmi kapsamında yöresel yemek motivasyonlarının sağlık turizmi üzerinde ayrıca yöresel yemek motivasyonlarının destinasyon seçimi üzerinde olumlu bir etkisi olduğu görülmüştür. dc.description.abstractIn recent years, the importance of the tourism sector in Turkey has been given and as a result of the investments made, it has become an important source of this sector. As a new revenue gate, the alternative type of tourism is ISE health tourism. The importance of health tourism in the art of rain, very few studies have been done to determine the motivations of tourists to eat local food. For health tourism, it is important to determine the motivations of local food consumption, increase the demand for tourism and dispose of the competitive advantage. He believes that one of the important factors of understanding the behavior of tourists participating in the tourism event is the motivations for consuming local food. The aim of this study was to determine the impact of local food culture on health tourism with dollar dollar on the destination image of the region to which it belongs, and the intentions of the future session on the section of those participating in health tourism. In addition, the study aimed to determine the motivations of health tourism participants to eat local food. Due to Covid-19, the data was developed using explanatory factor analysis, reliability analysis and regression analysis collected online. After analyzing the collected data, it was found that local food motivations as well as local food motivations have an effect on destination selection within the scope of health tourism.
