| dc.description.abstract | Hepatit E virüsünün (HEV) önceki yıllarda en sık bulaş yolunun fekal-oral yol olduğu bilinmesine rağmen, son yıllarda birçok araştırmacı tarafından kan transfüzyonu ile bulaşma olasılığı savunulmaktadır. Bu geçişin, özellikle immünosupresif hastalarda hafif ile orta dereceli hepatite neden olduğu düşünülmektedir. Özellikle HEV Genotip 3'ün kan transfüzyonu ile bulaştığı bildirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada kan transfüzyonu ile bulaşan HEV açısından küresel literatürün gözden geçirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. | |
