dc.description.abstractAraştırmanın amacı Okul Öncesi Öğretmeni adaylarının Okul Öncesi Öğretmeni Yetiştirme Programı hakkındaki değerlendirmelerini ortaya koymaktır. Araştırma betimsel türde nitel bir çalışmadır. Verilerin toplanmasında yarı yapılandırılmış ve yönlendirici olmayan görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma 2011-2012 eğitim-öğretim yılında Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Okul Öncesi Öğretmenliği okuyan 30 öğretmen adayı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada Okul Öncesi Öğretmen Adaylarının, Okul Öncesi Öğretmeni YetiştirmeProgramı hakkında görüşleri alınmıştır. Alınan cevaplara göre, lisans programında önemli değişiklikler yapılması ve programın etkililiği sürekli ölçülmesi gerekmektedir. Hâlihazırda okutulan bazı derslerin içerik ve öğretim yöntemleri geliştirilmeli ve bunlar yapılırken öğretmen adaylarının ihtiyaçları da dikkate alınmalıdır
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the study is to investigate the pre-school teacher candidates’ opinions about the pre-school teacher education program. The opinion of pre-school teacher candidates about Pre-School Education Undergraduate Program, their suggestions about the efficiency and the performance of the program, and their course suggestions were revealed in the study. The study is a descriptive study. While collecting data semi constructed and nondirective interview technique was used. The study was conducted with 30 pre-school teacher candidates who are student at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University during the academic year of 2011-2012. Pre-school teacher training program should be reconsidered and Core Courses, Major Area Courses and General Cultural Courses should be arranged to be more effective and functional. It should be useful to update the program to be applied through the requirements and environmental and technological demands of pre-school students. The content of the program should be determined considering teacher candidates’ proficiencies who are going to be pre-school teachers
