| dc.description.abstract | Çanakkale Gıda, Tarım ve Hayvancılık İl Müdürlüğü'nde Tarımsal Yayım ve Geliştirme Projesi (TAR-GEL) kapsamında görev yapan 117 personel araştırmanın popülasyonunu oluşturmaktadır. Örnek hacminin belirlenmesinde tam sayım yöntemi kullanılarak TAR-GEL personelinden görüşmeyi kabul eden 90 kişi ile anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Çalışmada TAR-GEL personelinin sosyo-ekonomik durumlarını ortaya koymak amacıyla projeye ilişkin görüşlerini, iş memnuniyetlerini ve karşılaşılan temel sorunları ölçmek amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaca ulaşmak için yöntem olarak beşli likert ölçeği kullanılmış skor hesaplamaları yapılmıştır. Çalışmadan elde edilen sonuçlar itibariyle personel fiziksel, sosyal ve ekonomik iş memnuniyetlerini ifade etmişlerdir. İfade edilen sorunların çözümü için personele hizmet içi eğitim ile etkili yayım yöntemlerinin benimsetilmesi, ofis şartlarının iyileştirilmesi, görev tanımlarının net bir şekilde belirlenmesi, diğer tarım personeli ile aralarındaki statü farkının giderilmesi ve ek ödemelerdeki eşitlikler bu personelin daha etkin olarak çalışmasını sağlayacak öneriler olarak sunulmuştur | |
| dc.description.abstract | 117 staff working within the scope of Agricultural Extension Development Project (TAR-GEL) at Canakkale Directorate of Provincial Food Agriculture and Livestockconstitute the population of the study. By using full count method in the determination of sample volume, the survey was conducted with 90 TAR-GEL staff who accepted interviews. Their views on the project, job satisfaction and the main problems encountered were intended to be measured in order to reveal the socio-economic status of TAR-GEL staff. A five-point Likert scale was used as method to achieve this goal and score calculations were made. According to the results obtained from the study, the staff express physical, social and economic job satisfaction. For the solution of mentioned problems, the adoption of effective dissemination methods related to on-the-job training by the staff, the improvement of the office conditions, the clear identification of job descriptions, the elimination of status difference with other staff and equality in additional payments are suggested to make the staff work more effectively. | |
