dc.description.abstractEkonomik Sistemin bir alt sistemi olarak endüstri ilişkileri sistemi; Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti'nde (Çin) halen devlet güdümünde ve himayesinde yürütülen bir anlayışı yansıtmaktadır. Ancak; 1970'li yılların sonunda itibaren başta kamu iktisadi teşekküllerinde başlayan liberalleşme politikaları sonucunda endüstri ilişkileri sisteminde de bir değişim söz konusudur.Çalışmada, Çin'in endüstri ilişkileri sisteminin gelişimi irdelenmektedir. Endüstri ilişkileri sisteminin temelleri, reform öncesi ve sonrası dönemde durumu tarihsel süreç içerisinde değerlendirilmektedir. Bu çalışma ile Çin'in liberal ekonomik anlayışı paralelinde endüstri ilişkileri sisteminde de bir dönüşümün yaşanmakta olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractAs a subsysetm of the economic system, industrial relations system of People's Republic of China reflects domintaion of the state administrators. However, reform movement began at the end of 1970s, a change has been observed in the industrial relations system of the country.This study examines the development of industrial relations system of China. Background of industrial relations terminology and first labor relations, pre-reform period are given. When the development of industrial relations system is examined this study asserts that there is a transformation in the industrial relations sytem of China which is parallel to liberal economic understanding.
