Özet
Single coronary artery (SCA) is a rare congenital coronary artery anomaly that all of the coronary arteries arises from aorta with one ostia. In this case coronary angiography performed due to positive result of treadmill exercise test of a 46 year old male patient. SCA arising from right coronary sinus of valsalva, without no important coronary lesion, was demonstrated by coronary angiography. Computed tomography coronary angiography performed for demonstrating the course of SCA and making the classification. Absence of interarterial course and posterior aortic course of left coronary system (lipton class R2P) demonstrated by computed tomography coronary angiography. Medical follow up favoured for patient and he was event free for 6 months.
