CONFIRMED OCCURENCE OF ATLANTIC LIZARDFISH, Synodus saurus (L.) (Actinopterygii: Synodontidae) IN EDREMİT BAY, (NORTHERN AEGEAN SEA)

One female specimen of Atlantic lizardfish was caught by professional fisherman from Küçükkuyu (Edremit Bay) on 10th January, 2016. The species is a previously reported to be observed from Edremit Bay without its morphometric and meristic characters.
