Özet
Recently, institutional voids have been analyzed in many researches. The aim of this study is to determine how institutional voids can be discerned and through which tools and strategies can be filled. Current study depends on a case analysis as a qualitative research method, and in this context, GIMDES as an NGO is addressed. Finally, discerning an institutional void and filling this void are determined step-by-step. Further, the strategies and tools in filling the void(s) are also determined through gathered data. © 2018, Springer International Publishing AG, part of Springer Nature.
