dc.description.abstractBu çalışma, Foucault'nun özne ve iktidar kavramları çerçevesinde, 15 Temmuz söylemlerinin köşe yazıları üzerinden analizini konu almaktadır. Çalışma, 15 Temmuz Darbe Girişimi ile birlikte öznenin, iktidarın ve özne-iktidar ilişkilerinin nasıl ele alındığını dolayısıyla da özneleştirme süreçlerini ortaya çıkarmayı amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmada nitel araştırma tercih edilmiştir. Veri toplama tekniği olarak doküman incelemesi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada, Cumhuriyet Gazetesi ve Yeni Şafak Gazetesi'nden seçilen köşe yazıları MAXQDA 2018 nitel veri analizi programı yardımıyla analize tabi tutularak değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, günümüz Türkiye'sinde özne-iktidar ilişkilerinin hukuksal-söylemsel iktidar bağlamında kavrandığı ve hukuksal-söylemsel iktidarın; daha baskın olduğu, disiplin ve güvenlik mekanizmalarının taktik ve stratejilerini de kullanarak işlediği ve böylelikle bir yönetme pratiğine dönüştüğü sonucuna varılmıştır.
dc.description.abstractThis study focuses on analysis of the 15th July discourses through newspaper columns, in the context of Foucault's subject and power concepts. The study aims to reveal how the subject, power, and subject-power relations are handled with the 15th July 2016 Coup Attempt, and thus the processes of subjectivation. Qualitative research method are preferred in this study. As data gathering technique, document review technique is used. The articles selected from Cumhuriyet and Yeni Şafak Newspapers is analyzed with the MAXQDA 2018 qualitative data analysis program. As a result of the research, it is concluded that subject-power relations are comprehended in the context of juridico-discourse power and that juridico-discourse power is more dominant, operates by using the tactics and strategies of disciplinary and security mechanisms, and thus transforming into a practice of governing in today's Turkey.
