Özet

The latest image of Russia comes out after a short-winded ambiguity during the post-USSR period. In a reaction to the NATO's expansion against the East and USA's hegemonic interference on the world politics, Russia initiates to ally with certain Asian states and starts to look for the ways of flourishing the relations with the non-aligned countries. By reason of Russia and China's similar concern about the USA's hegemony, this two have strategical associations and in a little while cognate states of Turkey on the Central Asian include in this progress. In consequence of various restrains, Turkey's historical, cultural and racial ties on the Central Asian could not be sufficient for improving the required relations with relative states on the region. Lack of academical speciality and the governmental policy guided by group believing that Turkology and Turkism are the same, are at the head of this restrains. Central Asia's emerging picture of the future indicates that this powers are in the direction of organizing political, economical and cultural bloc unlike in Turkey.
