dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın amacı, ortaokul 7. sınıf fen ve teknoloji dersine yönelik bilimsel süreç becerileri ölçeğinin geliştirilmesidir. Ölçek için bilimsel süreç becerilerine yönelik 43 maddelik çoktan seçmeli bir test oluşturulmuştur. Maddeler ilk olarak uzman görüşüne sunulmuş ve görüşler doğrultusunda 6 madde ölçekten çıkarılmıştır. Ölçekte kalan 37 madde, amaçlı örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilen iki okuldaki yedinci sınıf öğrencilerine (n=100) uygulanmıştır. Uygulama sonrası maddelerin ayırt edicilik indeksi ve güçlüğü incelenmiş, bu analizler sonrası 5 madde daha çıkarılmıştır. Kalan maddelerin faktör analizi yapılmış ve bir madde de bu analiz sonrası çıkarılarak ölçek 31 maddelik son halini almıştır. Ölçeğin güvenirlik katsayısı (KR-20) 0.885 olarak bulunmuştur. Bu sonuçlara göre, ölçeğin ortaokul yedinci sınıf öğrencilerinin fen ve teknoloji dersine yönelik bilimsel süreç becerilerini ölçmek için uygun olduğu düşünülmektedir
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to develop science process skill scale for science and technology course of 7th grade secondary school students. A 43-item multiple choice test was created for the scale of science process skills. The items firstly were expertized and then 6 items were excluded from the test in accordance with the opinions of experts. 7th grade secondary school students (n=100) in two school selected through purposeful sampling were carried out the remaining 37 items of the test. After this, the discrimination index and difficulty level of the items were analyzed and 5 items were excluded from the test. On the rest of the items, a factor analysis was conducted and then the scale of 31 items was finalized after one more item was excluded. The reliability coefficient of the scale (KR-20) was found to be 0.885. Accordingly, the scale was concluded to be appropriate to evaluate the science process skills of 7th grade secondary school students for science and technology course.
