| dc.description.abstract | Technology’s development and being widespread, it’s positive effects on education caused information technologies to be used in the academic process. And countries are under the obligation of keeping the education facilities up to date in an appropriate way to provide the necessities of the age. As a result of these necessities, technology policies are being developed in academics. In this study, a research has been conducted to analyze the case by researching Turkey’s and some other countries’ already active or due to get activated projects. At the conclusion of the study, the student’s getting an education with the latest technology, equality of opportunities in education, effective use of information technologies in education, providing the maximum integration of information technology devices in education are amongst the aims of the project. Introducing the project was generally done by preparing a web page. With technology policies, laptop computers and tablet computers were given to students. Various trainings were organized to provide effective use of technology in education. In the research, the conclusion was reached that maintainability of countries’ developed technology policies in education by proving hardware and software units in education facilities was not stated clearly. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Teknolojinin gelişmesi ve yaygınlaşması, eğitimde olumlu etkilere sahip olması, eğitim-öğretim sürecinde bilişim teknolojilerinin kullanılmasını sağlamıştır. Ülkeler ise çağın gereksinimlerini karşılayacak biçimde eğitim kurumlarını sürekli güncellemek zorundadır. Bu gereksinimlerin bir sonucu olarak eğitimde teknoloji politikaları geliştirilmektedir. Bu çalışmada Türkiye’de ve bazı yabancı ülkelerde gerçekleştirilen veya gerçekleştirilmesi planlanan teknoloji politikaları incelenerek bir durum analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, öğrencilerin son teknolojilerle eğitim alması, eğitimde fırsat eşitliği, bilişim teknolojilerinin etkin bir şekilde eğitimde kullanılması, eğitime maksimum düzeyde bilişim teknoloji cihazlarının entegrasyonunun sağlanması geliştirilen projelerin amaçları arasında yer almaktadır. Proje tanıtımlarını yapılması için genel olarak web sitesi hazırlanmıştır. Teknoloji politikalarıyla öğrencilere diz üstü bilgisayar veya tablet bilgisayar verilmiştir. Eğitimde teknolojinin etkin kullanılması amacıyla çeşitli eğitimler düzenlenmektedir. Gerçekleştirilen araştırmada, ülkelerin geliştirdikleri eğitimde teknoloji politikalarıyla eğitim kurumlarına sağlanan donanım ve yazılım birimlerinin sürdürülebilirlikleri net bir biçimde belirtilmediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. | en_US |
