dc.description.abstractTürkiye'de Podarcis genusuna ait Podarcis muralis, Podarcis tauricus ve Podarcis siculus olmak üzere üç tür dağılış göstermektedir. Bu türlerden Podarcis muralis'in, Tekirdağ-Uçmakdere ve Çanakkale-Kalkım popülasyonlarından elde edilen bireyleri morfolojik ve osteolojik özellikleri kalitatif ve kantitatif parametrelerle ayrıntılı olarak çalışılmıştır. Podarcis muralis örnekleri müze materyallerinden seçilmiştir. Morfometrik ölçümleri alınmış, osteolojik analizler için örnekler şeffaf boyalı iskelet yöntemiyle boyanmıştır. Türe ait örneklerde kafatası ve gövde osteolojisi araştırılmış, toplam 40 kalitatif ve 43 kantitatif osteolojik özellik belirlenerek yapılmış, elde edilen parametrelere ait değerler istatistiki olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Önceki çalışmalarda morfolojik ve filogenetik olarak benzerlikleri ve farklılıkları gösterilen tür, daha önce ülkemizde osteolojik olarak çalışılmamıştır. Sonuç olarak Podarcis genusundan Podaris muralis kafatası ve gövdeyi oluşturan kemiklerin benzerlik ve farklılıkları tespit edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThere are three species of Podarcis genus in Turkey: Podarcis muralis, Podarcis tauricus and Podarcis siculus. Morphological and osteological characteristics of individuals of Podarcis muralis from Tekirdağ-Uçmakdere and Çanakkale-Kalkım populations. These species have been studied in detail with qualitative and quantitative parameters. Samples of Podarcis muralis were selected from museum materials. Morphometric measurements were taken and samples were stained with a transparent painted skeleton method for osteological analysis. Skull and body osteology was investigated in the specimens belonging to the species, a total of 40 qualitative and 43 quantitative osteological characteristics were determined and made, and the values of the obtained parameters were evaluated statistically.en_US
