    THE EFFECTS OF PARENTS, STUDENTS AND COLLEAGUES ON THE PERFORMANCE OF THE PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS

    A positive organizational climate in schools can be seen as a basic condition for teachers to develop themselves as much as possible. The school climate is mainly composed of teachers, students, parents, school management and related institutions. All these stakeholders can affect the performance of the teachers positively or negatively. Therefore, the aim of this study is to investigate the effects of parents, students and colleagues in the performance of class and branch teachers whom work in state and private schools affiliated to MEB in İstanbul. The research was a quantitative study and so a segment screening model was used. The universe of this research consists of teachers working in primary schools in MEB, İstanbul. The sample consists of 212 classes and branch teachers working in 25 different primary schools in the state and private schools in the academic year of 2018-2019. “The parent approach scale factor structure”, “The undesirable student behavior scale in primary schools” and “The school climate scale” were analyzed by the SPSS 20.0 package program. The distribution of the responses to the questions in the scales was analyzed by frequency analysis and t test
