Kurumsal Kaynak Planlaması (ERP) Kurulum Süreci : Kritik Başarı Faktörleri

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is organization-wide software to integrate the business processes of the organization from production to sales and procurement to accounting under a common information technology platform. After ERP software selection decision, implementation is a cumbersome process which incurs substantial costs and requires a radical organizational change. The intention of this study is to provide guidance to managers who engage in ERP system implementation. A set of critical success factors on ERP implementation and convergance process is identified in the previous literature and adapted to Turkish context and brought forward to the attention of practitioners. The support of senior management to ERP projects, reengineering of the business processes before integration with software, and overall change management of organization are few important issues highlighted in the study.
