Özet
Some radical changes have been occuring in management and organization paradigmas. It is compulsory to have crisis management in a social order where chaos prevails. The practices for crisis management are strategically crucial for businesses. Similar process has been seen in all decision units from individuals to government. Developing countries, such as Turkey, could be affected by external environmental factors more than the developed countries. In this study, the crises that 500 big businesses in Turkish ICT sector have faced are studied. The dimensions of crises occured recently in ICT sector are analytically studied. A Dynamic & Cyclic Model for Crisis Management has been developed in the frame of strategies and technics they follow.
