This study was conducted at the central branches of bank A, a leading bank in Turkey. These branches provide both individual and commercial services. The research aimed to find out the impact of knowledge and knowledge sharing on the performance of the company. In this context, the viewpoints of the bank employees and managers toward knowledge, their level of knowledge usage, and the direction of the relationship between the company performance and organizational knowledge sharing both internally and externally have been examined.
