    The use of valence of Syrian students learning Turkish as a foreign language

    In this study, we have focused on Verb-Complement relationship (Valence) which is one of the difficulties they experience in learning Turkish as a foreign language learners. The purpose of the study, such as the case for the use of what is wrong in the relationship with the state adds name attached complement of verbs that are determined to avoid the mistakes made in this direction and to make efforts in order to fix it, to make recommendations about what should be done to achieve lasting learning. The study is a qualitative study and descriptive analysis technique is used to analyze the data. Research, KahramanmaraG Sutcu Imam University Turkish Education Application and Research Center was conducted through working group consisting of twenty Syrian students studying at B1 level. The first case study that needs to complement the text accompanying the study material and use of verbs have been identified which are more common than the other verbs. Various sentences composed of mixed questions about the detected and examples of these acts has been applied to the working group.Implementation of the results of the data obtained in the student movement has been detected, such as what they did wrong, to avoid the mistakes made in this direction and the work towards improving. Finally, control test was applied to working group whether they achived permanent learning of valence. Thus, competence and incompetence of the traineres in the use valence were determined.
