Acil yardım ve afet yönetimi öğrencilerinin iş sağlığı ve güvenliği farkındalığı

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında, Acil Yardım ve Afet Yönetimi öğrencilerinin İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği üzerine farkındalıklarının belirlenmesi ve farkındalık düzeylerinin ortaya konulması hedeflenmiştir. Araştırmanın metodolojisinde betimsel tarama modeline yer verilmiştir. Araştırma, 2020-2021 eğitim-öğretim yılında ÇOMÜ Sağlık Yüksekokulunda AYAY Bölümündeki 217 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Verileri toplamak için anket kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın verilerinin analiz edilmesinde SPSS 20 istatistik programı kullanılmıştır. Öğrencilerin kişisel özelliklerinin dağılımı frekans ve yüzde ile gösterilmiştir. Ayrıca öğrencilerin İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Farkındalığı Ölçeği ifadeleri ile ilgili değerlendirmelerinin gösterimi frekans ve yüzde olarak gösterilmiştir. Öğrencilerin ölçekten aldıkları puanların dağılımı ortalama ve standart sapma ile gösterilmiştir. Öğrencilerin iş sağlığı ve güvenliği farkındalık düzeylerinin kişisel özelliklere göre farklılaşma durumları bağımsız örneklemler için t testi ve tek yönlü varyans analizi incelenerek %95 güven elde edilmiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre öğrencilerin İSG üzerine teorik bilgilerini uygulamaya dökebilecekleri bir araştırma uygulama merkezine gereksinim duydukları, bununla birlikte bir laboratuvar ortamının da bu gereksinimi karşılayabileceği, AYAY bölümünde İSG derslerindeki öğretim üyeleri ve elemanlarının sertifikalı olması gerektiğini düşündükleri, AYAY bölümünde İSG üzerine çeşitli panel, seminer ve etkinlikler yapılması gerektiğini belirttikleri ortaya konulmuştur.

In the research, it was aimed to determine the awareness of the students studying in the Department of Emergency Aid and Disaster Management on Occupational Health and Safety and to reveal their awareness levels. A descriptive survey model was used in the methodology of the research. The universe in the research consists of 217 students who continue their education in ÇOMÜ Health School AYAY Department in the 2020-2021 academic year. Assistance was received from questionnaires to collect the research. SPSS 20 statistical program was used to analyze the data of the study. The distribution of students' personal characteristics is shown with frequency and percentage. In addition, the representation of the evaluations of the students on the Occupational Health and Safety Awareness Scale expressions are shown as frequency and percentage. The distribution of the scores of the students from the scale is shown with the mean and standard deviation. The differentiation status of students' occupational health and safety awareness levels according to personal characteristics were examined with t-test for independent samples and one-way analysis of variance. The data of the research were analyzed at 95% confidence level. According to the findings obtained in the research, they thought that students needed a research and application center where they could put their theoretical knowledge on OHS into practice, that a laboratory environment could also meet this need, that the faculty members and staff in the OHS courses in the AYAY department should be certified, various panels, seminars on OHS in the AYAY department and activities should be done.
