Türk siyasal hayatında adil düzen söylemi çerçevesinde mevcut sistemin değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bugün sosyal, ekonomik ve siyasi hayatımızda ortaya çıkan problemleri çözüme kavuşturabilmek için bu sorunların kaynağına inerek, bunlara neden olan unsurların hassasiyetle tespit edilmesi ve bunların ortadan kaldırılmasına yönelik detaylı ve kapsamlı çalışmalar yapılması gerekmektedir. Adil Düzen'de, bu sorunların sistemi meydana getiren unsurların çeşitli özelliklerinden kaynaklandığı ve mevcut sistem içinde bu sorunlara çözüm üretilemeyeceği iddia edilmektedir. Adil Düzen, her ne kadar Millî Görüş Hareketi'nin temel tezi olarak öne sürülmüş gibi görünse de aslında bu sistemin prensipleri, Allah'ın peygamberleri aracılığıyla vahyedilen ilahi düzeninin çok eski zamanlara kadar uzanan gerçeklerine dayanmaktadır. Dolayısıyla bu düzen, insanlık tarihi kadar eski bir anlayışa sahip olup temel esasları buna göre tanzim edilmiştir. Bu nedenle Adil Düzen'de, peygamberlerin batıl ile olan mücadelesine atıfta bulunularak, yeryüzündeki çatışma ve çekişmelerin temelinde hak ve batıl mücadelesinin yattığı ileri sürülmektedir. Sistemde hem hakkın dayandığı hem de batılın dayandığı temel esaslar belirlenmiştir. Bir şeyin doğruluk ve saadet yolu olan hak yol mu, yoksa zulüm ve sömürü yolu olan batıl bir yol mu olduğu, bu esaslardan hangilerine dayandığının tespit edilmesiyle ortaya çıkarılmaktadır. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde, Adil Düzen kavramı, tarihsel süreci ve hak ve batıl anlayışın dayandığı temel esaslar incelenmiştir. Sonraki bölümde, bugün dünya üzerinde yaşadığımız ve şahit olduğumuz toplumsal dengesizlikler, aşırı gelir eşitsizliği, ekonomik istikrarsızlıklar, fakirlik vb. konular çeşitli raporlardan elde edilen verilerle de tespit ve teyit edilmiş ve bunlara neden olan sömürü ve emperyalist anlayışın arka planında yatan zihniyetin kaynakları saptanmaya çalışılmıştır. Daha sonraki bölümlerde ise Adil Düzen'de sorunların ana kaynağına inilerek, tespit edilen mevcut problemlere karşı ne gibi çözüm yolları getirildiği üzerinde durulmuştur. Son olarak Necmettin Erbakan'ın 1992 yılında Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi'nde verdiği Adil Ekonomik Düzen konulu konferans yazıya aktarılmış ve ilgili veriler MAXQDA 2020 nitel veri analiz programında analiz edilerek elde edilen çıktılar yorumlanmıştır.

To solve the problems that arise in our social, economic, and political lives today, it is necessary to go down to the source of these problems, scrupulously identify the factors that cause them and do detailed and comprehensive research for the goal of overcoming these problems. In the Just System, it is claimed that the current problems arise from the very characteristics of the various components of the system itself, which does not present any solutions to overcome these problems. While the Just Order seems to have been suggested as the fundamental tenet of the modern National View Movement, its principles actually date back to the facts of the divine order revealed through the prophets of God going back to ancient times. Therefore, this order is based on an understanding as old as human history, and its basic principles have been codified accordingly. For this reason, by referring to the struggle of the prophets against falsehood, it is argued in the Just Order that the basis of conflicts in the world is the struggle between the (divine) truth and the (wicked) falsehood. In the system, the basic principles of both truth and falsehood are determined, and whether something is of the truth, which is the way of righteousness and happiness, or of the falsehood, which is the way of oppression and exploitation, is established in accordance with its principles. In the first part of the study, the concept, the historical process, and the basic principles of the Just Order were examined, along with the notions of truth and falsehood in this framework. In the next part, topics such as social imbalances, excessive income inequality, economic instability, poverty, etc. were identified and corroborated. The imperialist and exploitative mentality behind these issues was then attempted to be determined. In the following chapters, the main source of the problems in the Just Order, and what kind of solutions were brought against the existing problems that were determined were emphasized. Finally, the conference on Fair Economic Order, given by Necmettin Erbakan at the Middle East Technical University in 1992, was transcribed. The resulting data were analyzed using the MAXQDA 2020 qualitative data analysis program, and the outputs were interpreted accordingly.
