Çanakkale ilinde yağlık ayçiçeği üretiminin ekonomik analizi

Abstract

Çanakkale ili, yağlık ayçiçeği üretim alanlarında %3,16, üretim miktarında da %3,00'lük pay ile Türkiye genelinde 7. sıradadır. İl ekonomisine getirisi bakımından yağlık ayçiçeği, 174.816.125 TL ile on birinci sırada yer almaktadır. Bu çalışmada Çanakkale ili Gelibolu ve Eceabat ilçelerinde yer alan tarım işletmelerinde yağlık ayçiçeği üretiminin ekonomik analizinin yapılması hedeflenmiştir. Araştırmada kullanılan veriler Tabakalı Örnekleme Yöntemi'ne göre belirlenen 75 adet yağlık ayçiçeği üretimi yapan işletmeden 2019 yılında elde edilmiştir. Araştırmaya katılan işletmelerde yağlık ayçiçeği ortalama ekim alanı 36,81 da olup, birim alandan elde edilen verim ise 241,75 kg/da olarak tespit edilmiştir. İncelenen işletmelerde yağlık ayçiçeği ortalama üretim değeri 518,88 TL/da olarak hesaplanmış, en yüksek üretim değeri ise 560,25 TL/da ile birinci grup işletmelerden sağlanmıştır. Yapılan incelemede birim alanda yağlık ayçiçeği üretim maliyeti 459,37 TL/da olup, en yüksek ürün maliyeti 470,92 TL/da ile birinci grup işletmelerde gerçekleşmiştir. İşletmelerin tümü dikkate alındığında birim alanda yağlık ayçiçeğinde brüt kar 199,92 TL/da, net kar 55,95 TL/da, nispi kar 1,12 TL olarak tespit edilmiştir. Yağlık ayçiçeği üretim miktarına ilişkin Cobb-Douglas üretim fonksiyonunda yer alan faktörlerin üretim elastikiyeti katsayıları toplamı 0,95'tir. Tahmin denkleminde bulunan üretim faktörleri arasında en yüksek marjinal etkinlik katsayısı 12,90 ile saf gübre değişkeni olmaktadır. Yapılan çalışmada, incelenen işletmelerde bölgede verimli ve karlı yağlık ayçiçeği üretimi yapıldığı, yağlık ayçiçeği üretiminden elde edilen üretim değeri, değişen ve sabit masrafları karşıladığı sonucuna ulaşılarak bölgede bilinçli ve tekniğe uygun tarımsal faaliyetlerin sürdürüldüğü tespit edilmiştir.

Çanakkale province ranks 7th in oil sunflower production of Turkey with a share of 3.16% in sunflower production areas, and with 3.00% in production amount. In terms of return to the provincial economy, sunflower production ranks eleventh with 174,816,125 TL. The aim of this study was to make an economic analysis of sunflower enterprises located in Gelibolu and Eceabat districts of Çanakkale city. The data used in the study were obtained in 2019 from 75 oil sunflower enterprises which were determined by using "Stratified Sampling Method". According to the research results, the average cultivation area size of oil sunflower was found as 36.81 da, and the yield per unit area was found as 241.75 kg/da. In this context, the average production value of sunflower was calculated as 518.88 TL/da, and the highest production value was observed in the first group of the enterprises with 560.25 TL/da. In the study, the cost of oil sunflower production per unit area was calculated as 459.37 TL/da, and the highest production cost was determined in the first group of the enterprises with 470.92 TL/da. Considering the enterprises in general, the gross profit of oil sunflower per unit area was calculated as 199.92 TL/da, the net profit was calculated as 55.95 TL/da, and relative profit was calculated as 1.12 TL Regarding the amount of oil sunflower production, the sum of the production elasticity coefficients of the factors in the Cobb-Douglas production function was calculated as 0.95, and among the production factors in the estimation equation; pure fertilizer has the highest marginal efficiency coefficient with 12.90. In the study, it was determined that sunflower production in the research area is efficient and profitable, and the production value covers the variable and fixed costs, furthermore, it was found out that conscious and technical agricultural activities are carried out in the province.
