Ruslara Türkçe öğretmek amacıyla yazılan Tatar Tili adlı eserde kullanılan dil öğretim yöntemleri üzerine inceleme

Abstract

Yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğretiminin tarihi Kutadgu Bilig'e veya Orta Asya'ya kadar köklendirilse de elimizde 100 yıl öncesine götürülebilecek bu alanda yazılmış sınırlı sayıda eser bulunmaktadır. Ruslara Türkçe Öğretilmek Amacıyla Yazılan Tatar Tili Adlı Eserde Kullanılan Dil Öğretim Yöntemleri'nin incelenmesi konu edilmiştir. Eserin giriş kısmında yazar, kitabın yazımında dil öğretim yöntemlerinden Doğal Yöntem ve Çeviri-Dilbilgisi Yöntemlerinin esas alındığını belirtmiştir. Buradan hareketle çalışmanın amacı, bahsedilen bu iki yöntemin eserde ne ölçüde ve nasıl uygulandığını ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemine dayanan doküman analizi ve betimsel analiz tekniklerine başvurulmuştur. Literatür taraması ile Doğal Yöntem ve Çeviri-Dilbilgisi Yöntemlerinin ilkeleri belirlenmiştir. Belirlenen bu ilkeler ışığında alt problemler oluşturulmuş sonrasında araştırma materyalini oluşturan eserde bu yöntemlerin nasıl ve ne ölçüde uygulandığı analiz edilerek alt problemlere cevap aranmıştır. Çalışmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre eserin yazarlarının dil öğretim yöntemlerine hakim olup, bunların içerisinden seçimler yaparak kendilerince bir metod belirleyebilecek yetkinliğe sahip oldukları anlaşılmaktadır. Eserin Doğal Yöntem ve Çeviri-Dilbilgisi Yöntemlerinin ilkelerine büyük oranda uygun olarak yazıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Tüm alt problemlere kitabın bölümlerinden örneklerle cevap verilerek sonuçlandırılmıştır. Alt problemlerin cevaplandırılması neticesinde eserin Doğal Yöntem ve Çeviri-Dilbilgisi Yöntemlerine uygun olarak yazıldığı söylenebilir.

Although the history of teaching Turkish as a foreign language is rooted in Kutadgu Bilig or Central Asia, we have a limited number of works written in this field that can be taken back 100 years. In the introduction part of the work, the author stated that the Natural Method and Translation-Grammar Methods, which are among the language teaching methods, were taken as basis in the writing of the book. From this point of view, the aim of the study is to reveal to what extent and how these two methods are applied in the work. In the study, document analysis and descriptive analysis techniques based on qualitative research method were used. The principles of Natural Method and Translation-Grammar Methods were determined by literature review. In the light of these determined principles, sub-problems were created, and then the answers to the sub-problems were sought by analyzing how and to what extent these methods were applied in the work that constitutes the research material. According to the results obtained from the study, it is understood that the authors of the work have mastered the language teaching methods and they have the competence to choose a method by themselves. It has been determined that the work was written in accordance with the principles of Natural Method and Translation-Grammar Methods. All sub-problems were answered by giving examples from the chapters of the book. As a result of answering the sub-problems, it can be said that the work was written in accordance with the Natural Method and Translation-Grammar Methods.
