Çanakkale-Biga-Dereköy mahallesi arazi toplulaştırma projesi'nin tarım ve mekanizasyon üzerine etkileri

Abstract

Tarım arazilerinin gün geçtikçe azalması ve parçalanması ile bir çok sorun karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Parçalı parseller üretimde verimi düşürmektedir. Tarım parsellerinin küçüklüğü ve şekil bozukluğu tarımda makine kullanımını olumsuz etkilemektedir. Parçalı ve şekilsiz parseller zaman kaybına yol açmakta ve üretimde karlılık oranını düşürmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı arazi toplulaştırma projesinin tarıma ve tarımsal mekanizasyona etkisini incelemektedir. Bu amaçla, Çanakkale İli Biga İlçesi Dereköy Mahallesi toplulaştırma verileri kullanılmıştır. Proje sahasında rastgele 20 örnek işletme seçilmiş olup seçilen işletmelerin toplulaştırma projesinin tamamlanmasıyla şekilsiz ve parçalı parsel sayılarındaki azalma ve yeni parsellerin büyüklüğünün artmasının tarımsal mekanizasyon ve üretim girdileri üzerindeki etkisi tespit edilmiştir. 341 ha alanda gerçekleştirilen proje ile 1088 adet parsel 507 adete düşürülmüştür. Toplulaştırma başarı oranı %52,40 olarak belirlenmiştir. Proje öncesi parsel yüzölçümü 3,13 dekar iken proje sonrası 6,58 dekara yükselmiştir. Parsel büyüklükleri %82 oranında arttırılmıştır. Araştırma bulguları ve çalışma süresince elde edilen bilgi ve gözlemler genel olarak değerlendirildiğinde, toplulaştırma projelerinin tarla içi geliştirme hizmetleriyle eş zamanlı yürütülerek her parselin yola cephesinin olması ve sulama kanalına hattının olmasıyla üretimin devamlılığı ve modern tarım tekniklerinin kullanılmasıyla verimin arttırılmasına açıkça fayda sağladığı sonucuna varılmıştır.

Many problems arise with the decrease and fragmentation of agricultural lands day by day. Partial parcels reduce productivity in production. The smallness and deformity of agricultural plots adversely affect the use of machinery in agriculture. Pieced and shapeless parcels cause loss of time and decrease the profitability rate in production. The aim of this study is to examine the impact of the land consolidation project on agriculture and agricultural mechanization. For this purpose, consolidation data of Çanakkale Province Biga District Dereköy District were used. 20 sample enterprises were randomly selected in the project area and the effect of the decrease in the number of unformed and fragmented parcels and the increase in the size of the new parcels on agricultural mechanization and production inputs with the completion of the consolidation project of the selected enterprises were determined. With the project realized on an area of 341 ha, 1088 parcels were reduced to 507. Consolidation success rate was determined as 52.40%. While the parcel area was 3.13 decares before the project, it increased to 6.58 decares after the project. Parcel sizes have been increased by 82%. When the research findings and the information and observations obtained during the study were evaluated in general, it was concluded that the consolidation projects were carried out simultaneously with the on-farm development services and clearly benefited from the continuity of production and the use of modern agricultural techniques, with each parcel facing the road and having a line to the irrigation canal.
