Coğrafi işaretli gıda üreticilerinde iş sağlığı ve güvenliğine bakış açısının belirlenmesi üzerine inceleme: Ezine örneği

Abstract

daha sonra İş sağlığı ve güvenliği kavramı işletmeler ve kamusal alan için önem arz eden bir alandır.Bu araştırmada Ezine ilçesinde süt ve süt ürünleri üretim tesislerinde çalışmakta olan yönetici ve çalışanların iş sağlığı ve güvenliğine yönelik bakış açılarını farklı değişkenlere göre ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır.Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak uzman görüşü alınarak hazırlanan araştırmacı formu ve dijital akıllı takip sistemi kullanılmıştır.Verilerin analizi SPSS 20.0 veri istatistik programı kullanılmıştır.Araştırmaya dair analizlerde frekans ve yüzde analizi, crosstabb analizi, normal dağılmayan veriler için kruskal-wallis testi ve mann-whitney U testleri kullanılmıştır.Araştırmaya 39 erkek , 84 kadın olmak üzere toplam 123 çalışan , 10 erkek , 2 kadın olmak üzere 12 üretici katılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda Ezine bölgesinde süt ve süt ürünleri imalat sektöründe çalışanların cinsiyet,yaş,sektörde çalışma süresi ve İSG eğitimi alıp almama durumuna göre iş sağlığı ve güvenliğine bakış açıları olumludur. Ayrıca sektörde her gruptaki katılımcıların genel görüşünün olumlu olduğu ve İSG eğitimlerinin tüm çalışanlar için gerekli olduğu görüşüne büyük oranda katıldıkları görülmüştür. Ezine bölgesinde süt ve süt ürünleri imalat sektöründe üretim yapan üreticilerin çalışanların cinsiyet,yaş,sektörde çalışma süresi ve İSG eğitimi alıp almama durumuna göre iş sağlığı ve güvenliğine bakış açıları olumludur. Ezine bölgesinde süt ve süt ürünleri imalat sektöründe çalışanlar arasında eğitim durumlarına göre dijital takip sistemlerine yönelik algı puanları arasında gruplar arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark olduğu belirlenmiştir (p<0,05). Buna göre katılımcılar arasında ilkokulu mezunu olan çalışanların sıra ortalamasının ortaokul ve üniversite mezunu çalışanlara göre daha yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir. Çalışanların akıllı cihaz kullanma durumuna göre dijital takip sistemlerine göre algılarında gruplar arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark olduğu belirlenmiştir (p<0,05). Çalışanlar arasında akıllı cihaz kullanımına sıklıkla yanıtı veren çalışanların sıra ortalama puanın nadiren ve arasıra yanıtını veren çalışanlara göre daha yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak süt ve süt ürünler imalat sektöründe iş sağlığı ve güvenliği algısı olumlu yöndedir. İşletmelerde iş sağlığı ve güvenliği eğitimlerine önem verilmelidir. Dijital takip sistemlerin kullanılmasına yönelik çalışanların algılarını arttırmaya yönelik uygulamaların gerçekleştirilmesi önerilebilir.

In this research, it is aimed to reveal the perspectives of managers and employees working in milk and dairy products production facilities in Ezine district, regarding occupational health and safety, according to different variables. As a data collection tool in the research, A researcher form prepared by taking expert opinion and a digital smart tracking system were used. SPSS 20.0 data statistics program was used to analyze the data. Frequency and percentage analysis, crosstabb analysis, kruskal-wallis test and Mann-Whitney U tests were used for non-normally distributed data. In the analysis of the research, data were used. A total of 123 employees, 39 men and 84 women, and 12 producers, 10 men and 2 women, participated. In line with the findings, the perspectives of employees in the milk and dairy products manufacturing sector in the Ezine region on occupational health and safety are positive, depending on gender, age, working time in the sector and whether they have received OHS training or not. In addition, it has been observed that the general opinion of the participants in every group in the sector is positive and they largely agree with the view that OHS training is necessary for all employees. Producers producing milk and dairy products in the Ezine region have positive perspectives on occupational health and safety, depending on the gender, age, working time in the sector and whether they have received OHS training or not. It was determined that there was a statistically significant difference between the groups' perception scores towards digital tracking systems among those working in the milk and dairy products manufacturing sector in the Ezine region, according to their educational status (p <0.05). Accordingly, it was determined that among the participants, the average rank of employees who graduated from primary school was higher than that of employees who graduated from secondary school and university. It was determined that there was a statistically significant difference between the groups in employees' perceptions of digital tracking systems based on their smart device usage (p<0.05). It was determined that the average score of employees who answered smart device use frequently was higher than that of employees who answered rarely and sometimes. As a result, the perception of occupational health and safety in the milk and dairy products manufacturing sector is positive. Occupational health and safety training should be given importance in businesses. It may be recommended to implement practices to increase employees' perceptions of the use of digital tracking systems
