Göçün anatomisi: kaostan kozmosa göç (Afganistan göçü özelinde)

Abstract

Bu çalışma, göç olgusunun insanlık üzerindeki çok boyutlu etkileri ve Afganistan özelinde göçün sonuçlarını analiz etmek amacıyla ele alınmıştır. Göç, tanım olarak coğrafi bir yer değişikliği olmaktan öte insanlığın ekonomik, politik, sosyal ve kültürel dinamiklerini belirleyen çok kapsamlı etkilere sahiptir. Bu nedenle göç, insanlığın varoluşundan itibaren sadece insanların yaşam biçimlerini ve sosyo-kültürel yapılarını şekillendirmekle kalmamış, aynı zamanda ülkelerin ve uluslararası sistemin oluşumunu ve değişimini derinden etkilemiştir. Bu çalışmada göçün bu çok boyutlu etkilerini anlamayı ve analiz etmeyi hedeflemektedir. Bunun yanı sıra, göçün bireysel ve toplumsal düzeylerdeki etkilerinin yanı sıra devletler ve uluslararası sistem üzerindeki etkilerini de dikkate alarak, göç olgusunu bir bütün olarak ele almayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu bağlamada Afganistan'da yaşanan göç olayları, çalışmanın özel odak noktasıdır. Afganistan'ın göç hikayesi, ülkenin karmaşık oluşumunun yansımasını en güzel anlatan fenomendir. Afganistan'da göç, hem içeride hem de dışarıda büyük bir kaosu temsil ederken, bu kaosun içerisinde bir düzene ulaşma, daha iyi bir yaşam koşulu bulma umudu da yer almaktadır. Ayrıca Afganistan, üzerinden yapılacak olan detaylı analizlerle, göçün genel ve özel yansımalarını daha derinlemesine analiz etme, daha bütüncül bir bakış açısıyla değerlendirme imkanı bulmayı hedeflemektedir.

This study deals with the multidimensional effects of the migration phenomenon on humanity and its consequences on a country that is at the center of migration, especially Afghanistan. Migration has far-reaching effects that determine the economic, political, social and cultural dynamics of humanity, beyond being a geographical change by definition. For this reason, migration has not only shaped people's lifestyles and socio-cultural structures since the existence of humanity, but also deeply affected the formation and change of countries and the international system. This study aims to understand and analyze these multidimensional effects of migration. In addition, it aims to address the phenomenon of migration as a whole, taking into account the effects of migration at the individual and social levels, as well as the effects on states and the international system. In this context, migration events in Afghanistan are the special focus of the study. Afghanistan's migration story is the phenomenon that best describes the reflection of the country's complex formation. While migration in Afghanistan represents a great chaos both inside and outside, there is also the hope of reaching order and finding a better living condition in this chaos. In addition, Afghanistan aims to have the opportunity to analyze the general and specific reflections of migration in more depth and to evaluate it from a more holistic perspective, with detailed analyzes to be made on it.
