Çanakkale ilinde zeytin sineği (Bactrocera oleae Gmelin, Diptera: Tephritidae)'nin kışlama durumu ve mevsimsel uçuşunun belirlenmesi

Abstract

Zeytin sineği (Bactrocera oleae Gmelin, Diptera: Tephritidae) ile mücadelenin başarısında Ergin uçuşu ve kışlama durumu önem taşımaktadır. Bu amaçla Çanakkale ili Merkez (Yenimahalle, Dardanos ve Işıklar köyü) ve Ezine ilçesinde (Geyikli 1 ve 2) üreticilere ait bahçelerde 2020-2022 yıllarında Zeytin sineğinin ergin uçuşu incelenmiştir. Meyve hasadından sonraki dönemi de kapsayacak şekilde Zeytin sineği ergin uçuşu; feromon (delta tipi) tuzak, feromon + sarı yapışkan tuzak ve besi cezbedici + sarı yapışkan tuzaklar kullanılarak yakalanan ergin sayısı haftalık olarak kaydedilmiştir. Ayrıca tuzaklara yakalanan ergin sayısı ile bu döneme ait günlük sıcaklık ve yağış değerleri karşılaştırılmıştır. Sonuç olarak örnekleme bahçelerinde 2020 - 2022 yılı kış aylarında uygun sıcaklıkta ergin uçuşunun devam ettiği görülmüştür. Yakalanan ergin sayısı örnekleme yerlerine ve tuzaklara göre değişiklik göstermiştir. En fazla ergin feromon tuzak ile feromon + sarı yapışkan tuzaklara Geyikli 1 bahçesinde düşmüş sırasıyla 113 ve 61 adet olarak yakalanmıştır. Yenimahalle'deki bahçede sarı yapışkan + cezbedici tuzakta 470 adet ile en fazla ergin sayılmıştır. Tüm bahçelerde tuzaklara yakalanan ergin sayısı farklı olup 1016 adet ergin ile cezbedici + sarı yapışkan tuzak ilk sırada yer alırken bunu 375 adet ile feromon tuzağı ve 157 adet ile sarı yapışkan + feromon tuzak takip etmiştir. Ergin yakalamada en etkili sonuç besi cezbedici + sarı yapışkan tuzakla elde edilmiştir.

Adult flight and overwintering status are important in the success of the olive fruit fly (Bactrocera oleae Gmelin, Diptera: Tephritidae) control. For this purpose, the adult flight of the olive fly was investigated in farmer orchards in Çanakkale Province, Centre (Yenimahalle, Dardanos and Işıklar villages) and Ezine district (Geyikli 1 and 2) in the years 2020-2022. Olive fly adult flight, including the period after fruit harvest; The number of adults caught using pheromone (delta type) trap, pheromone + yellow sticky trap, and attractant + yellow sticky traps was recorded once a week. In addition, the number of adults caught in the traps and the daily temperature values of this period were compared. As a result, it was observed that adult flight continued at appropriate temperatures in the winter months of 2020 - 2022 in the sampling orchards. The number of adults caught varied according to sampling locations and traps. The highest number of adults were caught in pheromone + delta trap and pheromone + yellow sticky traps in Geyikli (1) orchards as 113 and 61 adults, respectively. In the orchard in Yenimahalle, the maximum number of adults was counted as 470 in the yellow sticky + attractant trap. The number of adults caught in the traps was different in all orchards, and attractant + yellow sticky traps were in the first place with 1016 adults, followed by pheromone traps with 375 and yellow sticky + pheromone traps with 157. The most effective result in capturing adults was obtained with the attractant + yellow sticky trap.
