Yalova Çekirdeksizi Üzüm Çeşidinde Ben Düşme Döneminden İtibaren Yapılan Farklı Düzeylerdeki Sulama Uygulamalarının Çeşidin Stoma Özellikleri Üzerine Etkileri

Abstract

Bu araştırma, ‘ÇOMÜ Dardanos Yerleşkesi’, ‘Sofralık Üzüm Çeşitleri Uygulama ve Araştırma Bağı’nda bulunan ‘Yalova Çekirdeksizi’ üzüm çeşidi üzerinde, ben düşme döneminden itibaren (5 hafta süresince) yapılan farklı düzeylerdeki sulama uygulamalarının (kontrol, 1,5 litre/omca, 3 litre/omca ve 6 litre/omca) çeşidin stoma özellikleri üzerine etkilerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla, 2016 yılı vejetasyon dönemi içerisinde yürütülmüştür. Bu amaçla her bir uygulama için 10’ar adet omca belirlenerek, omcaların 5., 6., 7., 8. ve 9. boğumlarındaki yaprakların uç dilimleri üzerinden, ‘tırnak cilası yardımıyla kalıp çıkarma yöntemi’ne göre stoma kalıpları elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen stoma kalıpları, stoma yoğunluk ve büyüklüklerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla 10x40 büyütmeli ışık mikroskobunda incelenmiş, stoma sayımları 0,196 mm’lik görüş alanından gerçekleştirilmiş ve orantılı hesaplamadan 5,1 katı alınarak 1 mm’deki stoma sayıları elde edilmiştir. Gerçekleştirilen hesaplamalar sonucunda stoma eni, stoma boyu ve stoma yoğunluğu açısından, boğumlar arasında önemli bir farklılık olmadığı belirlenmiştir. En geniş (22,5 µm) ve en uzun (25,3 µm) stomalar kontrolden elde edilmiştir. En yüksek stoma yoğunluğu kontrolden (109,1 adet/mm2 ) alınırken, en düşük stoma yoğunluğu 6 litre/omca (97,7 adet/mm2 ) sulama uygulanmış olan omcalarda tespit edilmiş, 1,5 litre/omca (101,5 adet/mm2 ) ve 3 litre/omca (103,9 adet/mm2 ) sulama uygulanmış olan omcalar ise ara grubu oluşturmuştur.

In this research, it was aimed to determine the effects of irrigation practices (control, 1.5liter/vinestock, 3 liter/vinestock and 6 liter/vinestock) at different levels applied after veraison (a period of 5 weeks) on stomatal characteristics. This study was carried out in ‘Yalova Çekirdeksizi’ cultivar located in the ‘ÇOMU Dardanos Campus’, ‘Table Grape Varieties Application and Research Vineyard’ during the vegetation period of 2016. For this purpose, ten vinestocks were selected for each application, and stoma molds were obtained according to the method of removing molds with the help of nail polish on the end slices of the leaves in the 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th nodes of vinestocks. The stoma molds were examined under a magnified light microscope (10x40) in order to determine stoma density and size, and the stoma numbers were obtained from the field of view of 0.196 mm and the stoma numbers at 1 mm2 were counted by taking the 5.1 times from the proportional calculation. It was observed that there was no statistically significant difference between the nods during examining the stoma width, stoma length and stoma density. The largest (22.53 µm) and longest (25.28 µm) stomas have been obtained from the control treatments. While the highest stoma density was obtained from the control (109.1 number/mm2 ), the lowest stoma density has been observed in the vinestocks subjected to 6 liters/vinestock (97.7number/mm2 ) irrigation, 1.5 liters/vinestock (101.5 number/mm2 ) and 3 liters/vinestock (103.9 number/mm2 ) irrigation were formed as intermediate groups.
