Örgütsel Adalet Algısının İç Gı̇rişimci Davranışlar İle İlişkisi: Otel Yöneticilerine Yönelik Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Araştırmanın amacı, Van ilinde otel işletmelerinde görev yapan yöneticilerin iç girişimcilikleri ile örgütsel adalet algıları arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya koymaktır. Nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden anket tekniği ile veriler toplanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre yöneticilerin örgütsel adalet algısına sahip oldukları ve aynı zamanda iç girişimci bir yapı sergiledikleri görülmüştür. Ayrıca araştırmanın temel inceleme konusu olan yöneticilerin algıladıkları adalet boyutları ile iç girişimcilik arasındaki ilişki de pozitif yönlü bir ilişki olarak ortaya çıkmıştır. Örgütsel adalet algısı boyutlarından işlemsel adalet, kişilerarası adalet ve bilgisel adaletin iç girişimcilik üzerinde anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir.

The aim of this study, Van province in intrepreneurship of managers working in the hotel business is to reveal the relationship between perceptions of organizational justice. The data were collected through a survey technique of quantitative research methods. According to the results of the managers they have the organizational justice perception and has been shown to exhibit a structure at the same time domestic entrepreneurs. Furthermore, the relationship between the main topics of research managers perceive justice to the size of the domestic entrepreneurship has emerged as a positive relationship. The perception of procedural justice dimensions of organizational justice, interpersonal justice, and was determined to have a significant impact on domestic entrepreneurship informational justice.
