Risk factors include uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, hematological malignancies, and long-term corticosteroid use. Early diagnosis and treatment are important. The underlying causes should be treated, surgical debridement should be performed and appropriate antifungal drugs should be given. In this article, we report two diabetic ketoacidosis patients who developed rhino-orbito-cerebral mucormycosis and were treated with surgical debridement and amphotericin B therapy.trinfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessAmphotericin B; Antifungal Agents; Brain Diseases; Central Nervous System Fungal Infections; Debridement; Diabetic Ketoacidosis; Humans; Male; Middle Aged; Mucormycosis; Nose Diseases; Orbital Diseases; Risk Factors; amphotericin B; antifungal agent; brain disease; case report; Central Nervous System Fungal Infections; complication; debridement; diabetic ketoacidosis; human; male; microbiology; middle aged; mucormycosis; nose disease; orbit disease; procedures; risk factorRhino-orbito-cerebral mucormycosis: two case reports in the light of the literatureRino-orbito-serebral mukormikozis: Literatür eşliğinde iki olgu sunumuArticle25529530110.5606/kbbihtisas.2015.456492-s2.0-8497346868726476519N/A
