Miletopolis, Bursa, Mustafa Kemalpaşa İlçesi'ne 4 km mesafede Üç Kurnalı Mevkii / Melde Bayırı'nda yer almaktadır. Miletopolis Antik Kenti hakkında antik dönemlerden edebi metinlerin az olmasına rağmen kentin gelişimi hakkında bilgi verebilecek tek kaynak kente ait sikkeler, Miletopolis ve çevresinde bulunan adak veya mezar stelleridir. Miletopolis, kendi bronz sikkelerini darp eden bir polistir.
