According to the determination of fish age by using otolits, the age of fish ranged from I to X years and almost 92.3% of the samples were I and VI year-old fish. The mean length of fish was 21.22 +/- 0.89 cm (min: 10,5 cm; max: 32,0 cm) and the mean weight was 163.72 +/- 9.86 g (min: 20.0 g; max: 678.0 g). The relationship of length-weight was estimated as W= 0.023L(2.96), Von Bertalanffy equation was L-t = 51.77[1-e(-0.049(t+5.955))] and the condition factor was 1.71.trinfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessScorpion fishScorpaena porcusagegrowthDardanellesSome growth parameters of scorpion fish (Scorpaena porcus Linneaus, 1758) in DardanellesArticle243-4219223N/AWOS:000440329500001
